The all seven set is designed to be used on the come out roll to try to roll a natural seven. You can see that the seven appears on all the outside faces of the dice. The 5-2 and 3-4 are outside and the 6-1 is on the axis. If you have made your point, you will not want to use this set on the next come out roll if you have made come bets they will lose if you throw a seven.
